Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Period
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period are not eligible.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact. Products showing signs of use, alteration, or missing components will be rejected .
Return Process
Contact customer service to initiate a return. Include your order number and proof of purchase.
No free return labels are provided for late returns. You must arrange and pay for return shipping using a tracked courier (e.g., DHL, UPS). Retain the postage receipt or tracking number as proof. Returns without valid proof will not be processed .
Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches our facility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Lost or undelivered returns without tracking proof will not be refunded .
Refund/Exchange Options
Within 14 days: Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
After 14 days: No exchanges or cash refunds. Store credit may be issued only if valid tracking proof is provided .
Non-refundable costs: Original shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable .
Non-Qualifying Items
Final sale items (e.g., personalized goods), sealed hygiene products, and damaged returns due to improper packaging are excluded .
